Summary

We're actively following the latest developments about the Covid-19 outbreak from our manufacturer. We want to keep you informed about how it might impact your orders with us, so follow this FAQ for current updates.

The status regarding order fulfillment and stock:

  • Since our manufacturer's are working at a reduced capacity, order fulfillment will more than likely take longer than our previous maximum of 7 business days. 
  • Our manufacturer is partnering with backup facilities and routing orders to wherever they can be fulfilled most efficiently.  
  • Currently they have enough stock to fulfill orders.

Even if your order is processed, it will not be fulfilled, we will contact you in the  event of a non filled order, we will offer a full refund for any orders placed to ship to these countries.
